Traditional Thai Massage

This massage is performed fully clothed ( No oil is used) and it is set on a massage table. We provide comfortable clothes which give you freedom of movement throughout the treatment.
The technique consists of putting firm pressure onto the body by using palms and thumbs to relax and stretch the limbs and back.
The benefits are increased blood and lymph circulation to remove toxins from the tissues. This relieves back pain and headaches, increases flexibility and revives energy.
Thai Combination Massage

Thai Combination Massage is a form of Traditional Thai Massage. It combines Thai Yoga Massage Stretches with medium pressure massage strokes. Oil, herbal balm or tiger balm may be used during the massage.
Relaxation Massage

The goal is to relax the entire body and this is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.
Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage

Sustained postures such as sitting at a desk or computer all day, breastfeeding or excessive emotional stress can contribute to muscular tightness and joint stiffness. Leaving this untreated can result in neck pain, headache or migraine.
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage involves working on ‘deeper’ muscles that a basic therapeutic massage. The therapist uses extra pressure to work through more superficial layers and reach deeper structures.
